  • Isn't YouTube® already doing this?

    YouTube® has completely changed the face of online media distribution, forever. Unlike YouTube®, the nValeo™ system provides only certified/approved, high-definition content. In addition to a tremendous amount of Free Content, many of the Content Providers will also offer downloadable products for sale or products for download on a Pay-per-View basis. nValeo™ also has strict internal guidelines regarding what content is allowed to be shown on the system. One additional large difference between the two is that YouTube® is viral media – that’s free to the masses. In addition to YouTube®, there are other Content Providers who provide free content loaded with commercials. And of course there are other Pay-per-View Providers as well as Subscription Providers like NetFlix™. The nValeo™ system will be a hybrid of all of these offering a wide range of different types of content.

  • Are there any commercials on the nValeo™ system?

    The nValeo™ network will stream most content commercial free. Our goal is to eventually be able to serve all available content commercial free. Commercials will still be available for viewing. They will just not be loaded into the content. A unique feature of the way nValeo™ will present content is that Subscribers will have an opportunity to view commercials on demand. Many commercials will feature products- from the content they just watched. Commercials for many of the items seen in the content will be available for viewing by clicking on a specific area of the page that displays the content broadcast. Content Providers will also have the ability to place other advertisements elsewhere on their individual channels.

  • Is 'adult-only' content available on the nValeo™ system?

    nValeo™ will not offer 'adult-only' content on its channels. We will only approve content that has nothing higher than an “R” Rating.

  • Does the nValeo™ system use a content rating system?

    Yes. As a content provider you must use the Motion Picture Association of America (MPAA) rating system: G - General Audiences; PG - Parental Guidance suggested; PG-13 - Parents Strongly cautioned; R - Restricted.

  • Can the nValeo™ system be accessed from anywhere in the world to upload Content?

    Yes. through any regular computer connected to the Internet.

  • How will Content be organized on nValeo™?

    Content will be sorted by categories and then by sub-categories. nValeo™ will also have a search feature to help the viewer search and find content by Content Type. Once they’ve found the content they want, they’ll be able to save the channel number in their Favorites list for easier future viewing.

  • What Types of Content will be featured/provided on nValeo™?

    LOTS!! Just about every type of content that’s imaginable. Our goal is to become the most content rich destination provided over a Web TV platform, featuring a wide range of content from a variety of Content Providers. This will include an extensive collection of Fan-Based Websites such as Sports Teams, Artists and Entertainers. We’ll also have many Consumer Products sold direct from your favorite Brands, and shopping at some of the top Web Retailers. We’ll also offer educational and business based content - including Classes, Lectures and Seminars, just to name a few.

  • Who is responsible for the production of content?

    The production of content is the responsibility of each Content Provider. If video production is needed for anyone who wants to become a Content Provider, nValeo™ will gladly provide a list of vendors that you may use at your discretion.

  • How do content providers promote their channel(s)?

    Each content provider can market and promote their content through traditional advertising mediums as they see fit. The true success of a content provider's channel or ability to attract viewers is generally based on what content is offered by that provider.

  • What are the costs involved to become a Content Provider on nValeo™?

    There is no up-front charge to become a Content Provider on nValeo™. If you provide Free Content, it’s presented on nValeo™ at no charge to you. If you have music downloads or Pay-per-View Content, nValeo™ will negotiate a Revenue Sharing Agreement with you. nValeo™ will receive a percentage of the billed amount at the time the Viewer purchases the content.

  • What are the Costs involved if I sell my Products on nValeo™?

    A wide range of Content Providers, both big and small will sell products on nValeo™. Content Providers will be able to display their products for sale at no charge through the nValeo™ portal. Products for sale can be items such as: any downloaded content including movies, TV shows, songs or music videos, Pay-per-View, or consumer goods. If you have products for sale, nValeo™ will negotiate a Revenue Sharing Agreement with you. nValeo™ will receive a percentage of the billed amount of the sale at the time the Viewer purchases the products.

  • What if I have products to sell, but do not currently have a Retail website with Shopping Cart?

    nValeo™ will work with a Web Design partner who can provide an easy to use, low cost solution for your Web Retail store and Secure Shopping Cart needs.

  • What are the different ways that a Content Provider can make money from having a channel that displays my content and/or products on nValeo™?

    Actually, there are two ways you can generate income as a Content Provider- both at the same time! First of all, you can sell your products on your channel. nValeo™ provides a platform that allows you to sell through your web retail store. Examples of products sold can be actual goods that you ship to the Subscriber. Subscribers can also purchase downloaded and pay-per view products, as well as products that a Subscriber can buy through a monthly subscription plan.

    The second way your business will generate income is through participating in our Social Rewards program. As an example- Let’s say you’re a Musical Artist and you have a Fan-Based website. These are your loyal fans and they will usually go where you send them. You recommend nValeo™ to your fans. You’ll be able to provide them with an Access Code that allows them to Subscribe to nValeo™ Free. When they become a Subscriber, under your Access Code, and that Subscriber buys anything, from any Content Provider on nValeo™, we pay you a percentage of the net revenue we receive for that sale! It’s all a part of the Social Rewards Program on nValeo™. Just for getting your fan base to sign up for nValeo™ through you!

  • How can I become a Content Provider?

    In addition to YouTube®, there are other Content Providers who provide free content- loaded with commercials. And of course there are other Pay-per-View Providers as well as Subscription Providers like NetFlix® . The nValeo™ system is a hybrid of all of these offering a wide range of different/unique types of content and we will only offer content with Commercials-on-Demand. You can then choose whether or not you want to watch the commercials either before or after viewing your selection. It’s up to you!

  • What is the difference between signing up for an Agent account and a standard Subscriber account?

    Both Subscriber and Agent accounts are free and have the ability to make retail purchases. However, only an Agent can receive Social Rewards™ from the purchases made by Subscribers within their network.

  • How are Agents paid?

    We have developed a Social Rewards System in the form of Cash Rewards. The Agent can choose to receive a direct deposit to a specified bank account, or redeem their Cash Rewards on a prepaid Visa© card. Reward Credit is deposited weekly and after an Agent designates how they want to be compensated from their account, Agent Reward processing is paid out every Friday.

  • Are there any Commercials on the nValeo™ system?

    The nValeo™ network will stream most content commercial free. Our goal is to eventually be able to serve all available content commercial free. Commercials will still be available for viewing, they just will not be loaded into the content.   • Does the nValeo™ system use a content rating system?

  • Can the nValeo™ system be accessed from anywhere in the world?

    Yes. An nValeo™ system ready device -or- a regular computer, along with an active Internet connection, is all that’s required to connect to the system.

  • How many Subscribers or Businesses do Agents have to enroll before earning social reward?

    An nValeo™ Agent will start receiving rewards after enrolling one person. The minimal Reward Amount paid out is $25.00 (twenty-five US dollars). Rewards will accumulate until they reach that total and then Rewards will be paid out in the form designated by the Agent on the following Friday.

  • How are Rewards tracked back to the appropriate Agent?

    When a Subscriber registers by using the Agent’s Free Sign-Up Access number, that Subscriber is placed within the Agent’s network indefinitely. Our Social Rewards program will track the compensation due to Agents and update their account.

  • If I decide to make a purchase, what forms of on-line payment can nValeo™ process?

    The nValeo™ system can process a valid credit card or debit card. Currently, the nValeo™ system does not support 3rd party shopping carts, checks or gift cards.

  • Can I change the sponsor/enrollee of an Agent in my network?

    The only situation where this is applicable is if there is a medical or financial emergency and the sponsor / enrollee must be changed. This request must be sent to nValeo™ in writing. The request will then be reviewed by nValeo™ management and a decision will be made.

  • When I sign-up to become an Agent, are there corporate standards I must follow when promoting the nValeo™ system?

    When an individual signs up for a Subscriber or Agent account, they accept the terms and policies that nValeo™ has created to ensure that nValeo™’s ethical and proprietary standards are met.
